Goldmund has a strict installation process to guarantee the best performance of your Media Room. For this, our installers collaborate with your architect or interior designer through the different phases of each project.

Service is made easy as you only need to refer to one provider. The Media Room is equipped with automatic fault detection and maintenance software that that allows a defective element to be automatically replaced without being noticed by the user. The system also sends an e-mail to the Goldmund service center in case of problem.
