The Trilogue Subwoofer uses two woofers of the same kind as the Trilogue with its unique “Velvet Kevlar” cone for low coloration. It uses the same electronic crossover and built-in 300W amp as the Epilogue 3 with selectable high-cut frequency (35Hz, 45 Hz, 55Hz) and adjustable level. As the most recent Epilogue 3 the circuit has two inputs, so one single sub-woofer may be used in a dual-channel system. The two inputs are automatically mixed inside the crossover circuit.

With its matching drivers and cut-off frequencies, the Trilogue Sub-Woofer may be ideally matched to a pair of Trilogue. It may also be used as a Sub-Woofer for a pair of Epilogue 1 or any other high quality speakers.

The new Mimesis 27+ which started shipping in July has a new set of resistors for a much improved sound quality. It also provides an internal gain switch to better fit in different configurations. In addition to these sonic and practical improvements, the Mimesis 27+ is also improved in cosmetics by including new aluminum side panels and thick aluminum cover.

All these improvements may be applied to existing Mimesis 27 at the factory starting now. Please contact your dealers for a schedule if you want to have your unit upgraded.

The Mimesis 28+ is now available with first deliveries in early September. The new Mimesis 28+ takes the new look enhancement of the Mimesis 27+ with new thick aluminum side panels and cover. Mimesis 28 may be easily upgraded.

The considerable work we made in last few years to improve the reliability of our products over a long period of time had its price. But thanks to the remarkable effort made by the company team under the responsibility of Lorenzo Mandelli, we are now ready to make it a real benefit for our customers by increasing our warranty time from 3 years to 5 years progressively on all our products.

The first product to receive this new 5 years warranty will be the Millennium Amplifier, planned to be delivered by the end of the year.

By improving our long term reliability, we also provide a better service to our dealers and distributors who will provide a better service to their customers and have less problems to handle.

The “Absolute” Goldmund amplifier (see our last newsletters and our new web site) is available by Subscription only.

Subscribers are now able to reserve their amplifiers by putting down a subscription deposit (contact one of the Goldmund Dealers or Distributors), and may optionally choose in the list of available serial numbers if they want their unit better matching their taste.

Delivery will start in December 2000 and will be made in the order of the Subscription.

Considering the numerous hand tuned parts of the amplifier, the speed of deliveries should be quite low.
