In addition to the already announced Logos floor-stand and Logos Wall/Shelf Bracket, here is now the acrylic support for ambiance music diffusion and the digital Logos with built-in amp and D/A converter, providing more solutions for the growing family of Logos small Home-Theaters.

We are hard working on finishing the design of the new Mimesis 24 which is the Audio Control Box of our top Chiasma Home-Theater Ultimate system. The Mimesis 24 will receive all Audio inputs (7 x analogue including 2 x 6 channels for DVD-Audio and SACD multichannel, and 7 x digital) of our big Home-Theater configuration, decode in multichannel the AC3 (and other formats, but who cares ?…) signals and output to 3 x 8 digital channels to cover multizone configurations and all multi-channel formats. The Mimesis 24 looks very much like a Mimesis 22 and should be seen as a prototype during the Vegas CES in January.

We told you already that the Goldmund Chiasma was essentially a computer. Now let us show you how we remote control this computer… The major idea is that anything IR is now obsolete and rather unpractical. Computers can handle in standard wireless Ethernet networking using 802.11b (11MBs) and 802.11a standards (54MBs) which are extremely well adapted for portable colorscreen WebPads, the latest generation of palm computers, etc.. So you can control your Chiasma through any device you wish if it is in the Chiasma computer network, wired or wireless. Above picture is taken with a Flair remote WebPad, one of the first to be available.

The Eidos 38 is already famous for its exceptional Audio quality in both playing CDs and DVDs. In order to achieve the same breakthrough in picture quality, we decided to go to the most extreme solution : deliver DVD picture in the original digital format through a DVI connector, so you may use any digital display to watch your DVD without a single A/D or D/A degrading circuitry. Most of the Japanese projectors, big plasma displays and even computer TFT screens are now providing this connection. Watching the best DVD transfers without going into analogue domain is an experience you have to see to believe.

Named the Eidos 38D (D for Digital), the new Eidos version will provide the traditional Composite, S-Video and Component Video outputs, as well as progressive component output of the highest existing quality. In addition, it will have the new Goldmund Premiere, this DVI Video output connector.
