With the same size as the Metis 10, the Metis player will perfectly complete any home entertainment and audio system. It is a full high definition 1080p player that provides outstanding sharpness, color and contrast. It features the technologies developed and used by Goldmund in our ultimate line such as the Magnetic damping that stabilizes the reading process. To do so, it utilizes a very strong Magnetic field to damp the overshoot of the lens assembly, the most typical source of reading errors.
Its cosmetics have been designed to match the other Goldmund Metis products. Although the player has slim and refined lines, it is manufactured with sturdy metals that participate to the Mechanical Grounding of the unit. The Mechanical Grounding is a Goldmund technology that allows the evacuation of vibrations that affect the sound of the unit. Likewise, spurious noise generated through the AC power line by other equipment or nearby machinery is cancelled thanks to the Goldmund AC curator technology. This is done at the power supply level with the filtering of the high and low frequencies. The Metis player is extremely easy to install and to use, just like the other products of the Goldmund Metis line.
